  The girl with glasses ruined my visit there. With my experience as a supervisor at a check cashing store I know she doesn't know how to work, unnecessary questions, takes forever, no knowledge of checks, no common sense & the check was for 60 dollars I would understand if the check was for more than 500 u have to verify and it's a fidelity retirement check. I think this girl needs more trainging and for a her attitude was enough reason to not return. I will spread the news to everyone I know and recommend never going there. Thanks for nothing but waisting my time! Just go cash your checks at PLS they cash your check instantly an they know what they are doing!

  They didn’t cash my employer check. It’s a legitimate company and supposedly they called the number on the website and someone who didn’t speak English answered it. That’s a lie! My boss is a doctoral level behavioral analyst and speaks English with an accent. It’s a manual chrck because I was late in providing my social security numbers. But my next paycheck will come with a paystub. The company most likely assumed its fraudulent. This is ridiculous. Never going here again! I felt like I was a criminal trying to cash a bad check, probably written for myself not by my boss. That’s the vibe I felt from them.

  This location is very unprofessional. I have called Coroparated on them about their illegal policy and procedure and have another issue recently. They give you a hard time and rude. They question you like they integrating you like they are police. Manager needs to be fired for allowing these unprofessional and unknowledgable behavior. I'll take my businesses elsewhere until they get a new team.

  Went in there to relaod my card and the charge to use my card was super ridiculous. When I went to pay with card the lady put the wrong amount. There are so many other places that do none of this and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Also I've noticed that there are only ever women working there, whats the deal with that.

  I agree its a nice friendly place but gets overcrowded during the busy hours. I've had to wait half an hour for a quick minute bus pass renewal
