  The service was great! The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I feel comfortable having my accounts with Consumers. It’s a great place to bank. They make you feel like family.

  Great place good people. My mortgage loan went smooth and steady. The lender was very helpful and easy to reach at anytime day or night. Would go thru them again anytime I need a loan.

  I was really skeptical about the automated tellers. I now deposit my cash like a pro. It really is such a time saving solution! CC has been great the past two years! The tellers helped me w the transition to the new automated tellers! Thanks ladies!

  I've been through many banks such as fifth third,chase etc. Which never help me on anything as far as loans and credit. But with consumers they have 6 month programs that'll help you increase your score and show your capabilities in such payments. Now my credit score is above 700. There atms are awesome you can withdraw any increments. The staff is friendly and helpful.

  Just got off the phone my account was negative 726 dollars for purchases I made in February and now have been moved to the 31st which was posted on February they said they had a system glitch but won't take responsibility for their error, so now I have to pay for overdrafts for this. Going to cancel my account I have no trust with this place or business.

  Excellent bank, made even more so by the staff recognizing you when you walk in the door and calling you by name. Fast and efficient, by people who know what they're doing. Super friendly.

  We did our Home Mortgage through consumers and it went fantastic and quick, they guided us through the process and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would use them in a heartbeat again for the next loan
