  I will never ever do business with United Federal Credit Union. On more than 1 occasion they tried to pull money out of another account. The first I tried to do skip a payment. The second they still pulled money out and tried to put it towards an auto loan which I had paid off 3 weeks earlier and I closed my account with them. Then continually told me they sent my money back, yes found out they did however they sent it to the bank without giving any account information.

  Amber is rude, i made my payment and I told them when i got my loan that I pay at the end of the month they would not let me change every time I call them they all sound like rude people who hate there jobs if I ever get ahold of them that is. There online payment procedures is the worst they make you pay $15 every time you call in a payment but make it so you can't do it online. They only have 2 places in Michigan I live in cedar springs maybe getting one closer would be a good idea if your smart avoid this credit union

  I absolutely love this credit union. I have my car loan through them and they are so flexible and understanding. Staff is always pleasant as well.

  Love this place everyone is so happy here, an respectful, polite, always willing to explain so you understand exactly wut is happen with your account. Very freindly employees, an the place is always clean.

  I have used them for auto loans, credit cards, business loans, mortgages on a home and business. They have been great. I switched everything from a "normal bank". No regrets
