  my wife has a auto loan with this company and I can honestly tell you this never had a problem with them always VERY ATTENTIVE GIRLS working there and than we witness this. my wife and I went to make her payment and when she open the door all you can hear is yelling coming from a short lady with black hair and very loud. I must say I just felt so bad for them I honestly did. The girl that took my payment apologize for the manager behavior that's not right. If your manager yells at an employee with CUSTOMERS!! present rather than taking the employee's into her office or some other private setting, that constitutes a public shaming. Such behavior rarely achieves anything good and can poison a workplace. Forget about whether the recipient allegedly deserved it by underperforming or misbehaving.

  I received a loan from this business and the experience was great! The ladies are all very lovely and polite. The process was quick and easy. I am very grateful for CFS!

  I find my experience of this staff to be professionial and caring. The manager treats me with respect every time I go there, and makes me feel she truly cares for me, it really makes my day. I would recommend this location to any friends of mine. Keep up the good work ladies. Thank you.

  This place used to be great. However, new manager, Tiffany, is rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and obviously unfamiliar with phone etiquette, the laws regarding loan servicing, and customer service. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: Their BBB rating is F. Think about that before doing business with them.

  My bff needed sum of money to buy a car. This is an all strong, beautiful ,women. They are a great force to reckon with. Each lady that works here is very knowledgeable .

  Stephanie is the most ignorant and unprofessional manager does not know how to talk too costumer over the phone treat costumer like they were garbage. You can tell her parents did not teacher no manners,respect or education they way she talk to people. I will tell any one to stay away from this finance company.

  HORRIBLE costumer service!!! The owner is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. The owner and the other lady named crystal and " Janet Sanchez " humiliated me and my aunt saying that they didn't care about costumer service that they cared only about numbers . WORST SERVICE EVER!! The owner should know that if she has so many years in business like she told us is because of the costumers. No costumers no business

  I called the company to ask questions about my loan. Tiffany who stated she was owner was so rude and obnoxious. Her behaviour was so unprofessional. She also hung on me. Where can I go to complain. Anyone know

  It's an ok company. They are friendly and pleasant. Interest rates are horrifying, but gotta do what you need to get that credit built up again. I have had no problems with CFS at all. If you have bad credit, they will get you a loan you need...
