  Helped me get my first car loan with little money down. It helped me grow and get into a better financial position in my life with this vehicle. The loan is expensive but have always came through for me when I needed money. Besides Jay can be a pain in the butt the company is great. Thank you for your help.

  A Representative from hell. Some guy who works here had threatened to sue me after I had inquired about getting a different car from another dealer and loan company. He refused to give me the remaining balance owed and then, finally, lied to me about the actual amount. He then proceeded to cuss me out. I remembered all of this after I had found your stupid card in the mail with the owl that says you miss me and hope to do more business with your company. I will never get a loan from your company or with any car dealership who associates with you, ever. You people are absolutely horrible. Thank God I don't have anything to do with you anymore.

  Excellent company to deal with. Financed a car loan for me when my credit wasn't good enough for the bank. Would definitely recommend using them if you're credit is less than perfect

  My husband and I got a loan out on his truck. The loan is in my name. My husband and I are separated and I called to check and make sure he’s still paying MY loan and they tell me they can’t give me any info on MY loan that in MY name? 🙄 How does that work? Then I ask if I could open another loan, she tells me she can’t help me without any explanation or even checking if I qualify.

  Mistaken Identity ! Wrong Company !! We checked All our customer files and we don't have a customer named Bonnie Faye Lee. Many auto finance companies have similar names and your are confusing Consumer Financial Services of Tampa, FL LLC with another company. We would not withhold account information from any customer and we always provide a reason for denial. Please check your personal records for the name of the company you want to review and please correct the one star review you mistakably gave CFS of Tampa. Thank you for your correction.

  Paid off my truck in March, gave them my new address to send me the title. (In the military now so got stationed in another state) My payment always comes out on the first, but for some reason the very last payment I was charged an extra $9 because “the guy who wrote my address and payment details set it for the wrong date”. I explained that is in no way my fault, lady said she understood and was “sorry”. I’m like ok I’ll pay the $9 if that means I’ll be done with these people. It’s now almost August and still no title! I’ve called twice about this and haven’t gotten any answer as to why. I was so glad that I was going to be done with these people but nope! Still dealing with this BS! Hopefully they’ll send me my title now.

  I agree with Mady that we dropped the ball concerning her title and I don't really have a good reason for why it took so long, we all thought somebody was taking care of it. I offer my sincere regret that we didn't meet your expectations, we will try to do a better job in the future. I don't understand the $9.00 you mentioned. Your regular payment was $110 Biweekly/ $220 Monthly and your last payment was $169.81 ? Either way, we are sorry for the confusion and aggravation we caused you... CFS E-Z LOAN$

  I've been dealing with them since 2008 and have nothing but Good to say about them!!! They've always treated me with nothing but the upmost respect!! Their staff are always nice and friendly too!! If your thinking about doing business with them, i would deff say do it!! As long as you do what your supposed to do on your end, they will go out of their way to try to help you in any way they can!!

  Have been with this company for quite a few years and have never had any issues in the least! Have known the owner and family for longer than either of us like to admit and have always been great on all levels! Would highly recommend them!

  As odd of a situation as i found myself in, Consumer Financial Services of Tampa is a company who deserves credit for fixing a situation they had no control over. They are going above and beyond their regular daily duties to help a friend out. For that i say thank you! Highly recommended.

  I can not explain just how helpful and on your side Consumer Financial is. I was down and out and no where else to turn, so I called them and explained that I needed some help... They not only helped me financially but when I walked out the door I knew things were looking up... I would recommend them to ANYONE.... Thanks Consumer Financial!
