  They keep charging me money even though I'm paid in full. They refuse to give me a payoff letter or an account balance. I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and the California attorney general in which they were both unresponsive to. Fine another company

  This company is absolutely horrible. I have a credit score well above 800 and they argued that I had a balance open and I did not. They reported it to the credit agencies and then they added exorbitant fees on top of a balance that was non existent. Then they won't waive the fees unless paid in full and then on top of that, they report to the credit agencies that they settled for a lesser amount. They make it extremely difficult to navigate their website to pay, and then they charge you 15.00 to complete the payment transaction over the phone. The internet really tells the story of how crooked this company is and what they do to people and continue to get away with it. THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST...STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST.

  Reporting to Credit Agencies that I owe $15,000, when I have a ZERO balance!! The original company that erroneously charged me $15,00 for an investment course has repeatedly sent email, phone calls and letters to Conrad Acceptance to remove the owed balance of $15,000. Conrad Acceptance then updated my credit report saying my balance owed was STILL $15,000 with a balance of 0. I am trying to refinance my home and this is screwing up my debt ratio!! I have called this company several times, the phone number is one that is NEVER answered. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

  Website doesn't work to pay bills, but yet they won't take any responsibility. It says I have $0 balance, but yet they charge me late fees. I don't care to pay what is owed, but if your website doesn't reflect accurate information, then fix it. Everything now days is done online and all my bills are paid online. Didn't know I needed to double check someone else's business information. I usually put my bills on autopay, so when I see $0 balance I assume its paid. I should have double checked, but think its ridiculous that they won't own mistake and waive late fees

  Tried telling me I owe $2000+ for a collection that was taken care of months ago and we’re completely rude and unprofessional. Called multiple times and they hung up on me every time I tried to further question them. Don’t fall for these scammers

  They are horrible they wont adjust your account even if you show them proof that you paid!!!! Stay away!!

  I have not been receiving any bills for over 2 years, however I have a standing order for the monthly payments which appear on my credit card. I have been trying to get a statement or bill for months, and when I finally managed to contact the property where I have my timeshare, I was told that I owe over $450 for maintenance, and I'm being told that there is no guarantee that a proper bill will be mailed to me and if I don't pay up promptly penalties will be applied! Huh? Since when is it unreasonable to ask for a written statement and/or bill for your investment? Totally unacceptable.

  Online statement and payment agreement had just been paid off, but now the account balance went up. This company tries to scam you out of money!

  Absolutely awful! I haven't received any statements or anything from this company that has been collecting my money for the past five years! I have been writing to them almost every day now since December and still can't even get a form emailed from the company.

  I had to use this company because I was going to a school in Minnesota and they unfortunately some how decided to use this company for a student loans. So it began with me paying my loan off in full I do have a receipt of that payment and I was told by mr. Mike Macy of at the time of American Institute of non-destructive testing saying that I was good to go my account is paid in full no more payments are due and it is all good that was in September or October I cannot remember off the top of my head but anyway then they charge me the next month of my amount of $176.48 so I called American Institute of non-destructive testing back spoke to Mike Macy and he said it was their screw up I did get paid back and to that story fast forward now too January 15th I think it was I had another withdrawal from Conrad Acceptance Corporation they had not actually close my God damn account so again here I am chasing my money but now American Institute of non-destructive testing has gotten rid of Mike Macy so now I'm trying to discuss this with Don Booth the president of Non-destructive testing he is doing his very best yet he is not getting any progress with Conrad Acceptance Corporation so then I called them I told them I want my money back my money was stolen you guys have committed a crime they did apologize the woman in accounting did say that my account was closed she had just gotten done from billing and she said that it takes a day or so but my account is closed no longer in service and then I was going to get my money back yes it would have taken at least two weeks to get it so I called back to American Institute of non-destructive testing and I just had them cut me a check they cut me a check the next day I called Conrad Acceptance Corporation to cancel the payment that they were going to send to me for the second incorrect withdrawal that they had done in January the woman behind the desk of accounting said 'oh yes we just got back from talking to billing and then I will not get paid that everything is good to go it is officially closed blah blah blah' I did actually asked for a receipt yet she did not send one go figure so what I did was I just unfortunately trusted her that was my fault and now I'm getting sent a bill for an amount that I don't even understand it for $352.96. I have left them a very stern frustrated message I hope that they will be honest and filled with Integrity when they reply to my response I don't know what else I can do, I do know that I don't want to give them any money nor do I recommend anybody in this US of A give then their money because they're VERY DISHONEST. STAY FAR WAY FROM CONRAD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A HIGH INTEREST RATE LOAN COMPANY THAN THESE CROOKS. THEY ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND SOCIETY!!!!
