  I had an excellent experience with Connie to help buy our first investment property. She clearly has a lot of experience helping a lot of people and it shows! She is very professional, responsive, and personable. It was very easy to communicate with her during the whole experience from purchasing the property to finding a tenant. As first time investors, she was very helpful-what to look for, what not to look for, where to look, and just answered all our questions, which we had a lot! In the current real estate market you need someone like Connie, I highly recommend her as your real estate agent!

  Connie is the greatest realtor I’ve ever met. She helped me got my first investment property in MA. She’s very patient and professional, always willing to answer any questions no matter how naive they are. She educated me from a totally real estates stranger. One precious point unique to Connie is she always considering from her customers perspective, never pushing you nor producing any anxiety about the market.   Connie is a really professional agent. She gave tons of suggestion during my home purchase process. My condo was rented out with Connie's help within 10 days right after the condo closes, she collected and filtered all applications, as well as taught me how to select tenants.   Connie is very patient, she literally with us for about 10 months thought the tough covid time, and helped us find a home eventually. She is super responsive to all the requests that we have and she is not crazy about pushing you to make fast decisions to buy a house, which i appreciate the most. She is always there to answer any questions you have.
