  I found out on June 24th my bank account had been closed. I had found out because I went to deposit money and they said I could not. I was told by one of the tellers a blonde man that I said last time I was in the branch that I wanted to close my account. This was obviously not accurate. He then yelled at me and asked why I would take out the remaining balance if I did not want to close it. Following that interaction another lady there told me it would close after 30 days if I had a zero balance. The withdrawal and closure had happened on the same day. My account was closed with no notification or warning. No phone call no email or text and was still active to log into online banking. Unfortunately the branch is disorganized and I do hope they return to the quality standards they held 3 years ago when the account was opened

  Amazing bank and staff that bends over backwards to help you. Before Covid they were amazing and if you own a small business they have your back during this time. I’ll be with them until I retire.
