  We took our first Loan with them for working capital in January 2017. We have taken 3 more since then. I deal with Jake there, he is the man. I think we are good now since now we get our capital directly from the bank. However, spartan capital group and Jake helped us when nobody would and helped us improve our business credit.

  I am the owner of Fordham Deli and attempted to obtain working capital from this company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely dissatisfying to the point I may have to involve police. I signed a contract to have my business funded $26,500. In turn, I was told a servicing fee of $799 would be charged after the loan was disbursed. This was a lie. They took $799 but never gave my business the $26,500. Now I am being told the loan is canceled but the service fee is now a fee for loan denial. I feel this is theft. Jake now refuses to respond to me.

  Scam artists. First sign you aren't dealing with a legitimate company is nobody uses their real names. Both I dealt with used aliases. One went by "Frank Ebanks" but the real name is Francisco Mercado. Another is "Nadean" who is really named Nadata Scott. I was charged fees without getting any loan at all. When I brought it to litigation, the real names came out and I knew this had been engineered as a scam all along. Nadata Scott signed a false statement which was found to be untrue and then later tried to deny it. Luckily, Spartan was found to be at fault and was forced to pay me back plus fines, court/attorney fees and penalties. However, I would have been better off not dealing with this company to begin with.

  My tax business is seasonal, so wanted to borrow $25,000 to get through the slow months. I was given only $2,600 and after fees it was really only $700 deposited into my account. I ended up paying almost $5,000 back on $700. It almost shut me down and I had to borrow from family just to pay back this loan. I cannot stress enough the danger of dealing with this company.

  I have done many loans with over over the past 13 months. They are not cheap but they are honest, upfront and very fast. I like them and Jake there. I think Frank is one of the owners and he has always been very nice.

  I honestly like dealing with this company. I used to used snap and lendini for working capital but elected to use spartan capital due to their speed and low rates. I dont believe all these bad reviews. i fully recommend everyone there. Jake, dave and nicole are the best.
