  Jessie at Connections Credit Union is very knowledgeable and has the heart of a teacher. She made sure I understood every step of the process making me feel secure about my decision to apply with them. Jessies attitude and professionalism is exceptional! Highly recommended!

  Connections credit union is Nampa deserves five stars! They have great customer service, reliable and easy to work with. When I go in Jessie makes me feel welcomed. I refer my friends and family when looking for a bank.

  I’ve been with Connections Credit Union here in Nampa for quite a few years now. These girls are a blast!! They are quick to help with any questions I have. I am so thankful I found them. They also have awesome monthly gifts that we can win by coming in with deposits/withdrawals! I do and will continue to recommend Connections in Nampa!! 😍

  I have a HELOC, my vehicle loan, and accounts here. I am very happy with the service I receive. Everyone is always smiling and says hello when you walk in. There are always promotions going to benefit us, the members. I really enjoy walking in and getting the personal service.

  These guys are great! As a younger person I didn't understand much of the often complicated and confusing process of loans and whatnot. The ladies that work at the Nampa office have always been so friendly and willing to answer my questions. Have financed two cars with this company. I would highly recommend to any new car buyers!

  Great Service and very friendly and knowledgeable. The branch manager helped me set up savings accounts for our Grandchildren. Was able to do it through email, during Covid lockdowns.

  ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the best credit union in Idaho! The employees at Connections really know how to make their members feel welcome. I've been in the hospitality industry for 45 years and I can honestly say, "These folks really know how to cater to their guests/members!" I recommend them 100%.

  My aunt Patricia stamler has an account there and she passed away on July 3rd and I am her next of kin and I am trying to pay her bills but the people I have talked to won’t just accept a death certificate and I don’t have the money to see attorney just to be executor of state just to pay her bills do something needs to change with this bank or I will bring in all her bills them and the can pay her bills . I am Tina Martin my maiden name is stamler like my aunts
