      Awful service and communication for individuals filers. I requested a payment plan for federal tax payment or an equivalent and this was a very clearly stated option on my return documents. I sent a reminder email that this is what I wanted. Today the full amount was automatically withdrawn to my surprise. When I called to inquire the person I spoke with got defensive stating I was mistaken and kept talking over me! Rude. I am the client and I should be informed of these things so I can financially prepare. You’ve lost my business, and I hope others head this review.

      The integrity and customer service that you'll receive from Conley and Wood P.C. is Outstanding. This is by far the best accountant that I have ever had. From business to personal they can take care of all your accounting needs. If you are looking for a new accountant or just not 100% satisfied with your current accountant definitely at least set up a consultation.
