  My service at Nissan Conicelli was nothing exceptional. Justine and Dennis D. carefully listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I've worked with them for many years . The two of them make a great team. As a consumer, I don't want to feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. I built a relationship with both Dennis D. & Justine because of their customer service.   To say our recent car shopping experiences were awful would be a complete understatement! Then we found Conicelli Nissan. We cannot thank them enough for their superb customer service and help! Dennis DiFilippo, sales manager, and Justine Pearson, sales consultant, were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were helpful, honest, and truly demonstrated what customer service is all about (other dealerships, take note!). The large inventory they have assured that we got the exact color and model Murano that we wanted. Shout out to sales consultant Devinton Russell for a friendly escort to the dealership... it was a pleasure chatting with you, and finance manager, Hassan Elghawy, for a seamless experience. Even though Conicelli is an hour away, we will absolutely make the trip for service and future business. Thank you so much for everything!!

  Conicelli Nissan Tugkan and Dennis have been absolutely wonderful. Purchased my new vehicle on 4/19/19 they did everything possible to get me into my brand new Kick. They were extremely considerate of my time. Handle all my questions and any issue I had, if you are looking for a new vehicle go see Tugkan.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE! It's been a long time since I got a car; my trade in was an 05, but Rich Anderson made everything so easy. The first vehicle I was looking at didn't work out for me, but he went out of his way to get me into a vehicle with more conveniences and safety features than I originally had on my "must have " checklist, and well within my budget! :) I couldn't be more pleased with my time at Conicelli Nissan, and even though I live an hour away in Delaware, it was worth every mile to come up here and be in a comfortable and no pressure environment. Rich Anderson, TJ Smith, and Chuck were instrumental in getting me the perfect car, with everything I wanted and I can't thank them enough! 10/10. :)

  Stopped in at Conicelli Nissan asked if They could do the maintenance service they did so and as this was only the second service since I purchased my Rouge there was no charge. I had forgotten about that. Manager and cashier were very attentive.
