  As an undergraduate student I needed money for tuition at a school located in Utah. I applied for a loan through UHEAA and Complete Student Loans is servicing the loan. All communication has been straightforward and clear, and my fixed rates have been among the lowest of the options I researched. You do have to be a student attending a Utah school or a Utah resident attending an accredited school in the U.S. in order to qualify as far as I know. There are no application fees, loan origination fees, or insurance fees. They tell you the cost of the loan, and you can choose to pay only interest while in school or you can pay interest+principal. There is a 6-month grace period after graduation, and then your payments increase to include the principal amount (no longer interest-only). I don't believe they require you to have a cosigner. I wish they would offer an interest rate reduction (maybe 0.25% like many other banks) for making automatic payments. It's too bad that they don't. Overall I have had a good experience with Complete Student loans. I get email updates when payments are made, and they document the payments through your log-in on their website. Hannah and Bryan both work for Complete Student Loans and asked me to write a review of the company. They did not give me any incentives to do so, and this is my unbiased review.
