  Jeff did a great job with our loan, explaining things to us when we didn't understand why we had to submit things that processor wanted. He guided us through the process as if we were his only client, and never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions! We had a great experience!

  As a local realtor I work with many institutions to help buyers secure financing for their purchase. I can say hands down that mine and my buyers experience with Compass has been horrible. From calls that are never returned to documents that are "lost" by the staff, this company is the worst lender I have dealt with in a long time. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. They didn't give my clients the attention they deserved. My clients and I both tried to reach people at compass with no luck. Please check out Guaranteed Rate or United Home Loans if you truly want a company that will take care of you during this important purchase. These folks know how to take care of clients and keep you updated every step of the way...
