  I brought a big bag of coins, I was told "you guys broke the coin star so we do not have one" I didnt break anything... Then she gives me a coin sleeves and tells me to do her job by counting the coins... she was the head manager mind you! I am currently looking to switch banks. Pathetic how you treat people that keep you employed. Consistantly terrible service inside.

  The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating for all the typical easy peezy bank stuff. I don't recommend this location for anything else that requires more than simple change / deposits / withdrawals. The branch manager makes an otherwise good BofA branch less than mediocre to get any meaningful personal or business banking accomplished.

  Horrible customer service. Long wait time for walk ins and even appointments. Nobody is at the help desk either to provide any basic information.

  Got transferred to a "customer service line" and then was hung up on. Was 10 minutes to close, too much to ask for some help I guess.

  Very bad service, the women talking while I wait for 45 minutes
