  Compass Lending is the only company I will use. I recently did my refinance with them and could not be more satisfied with the process. Communication is fast and efficient. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and was able to confirm details immediately while we were on the phone. There was an appraisal waiver which saved me a lot of money on the refinance costs, and made the entire time process so much faster. Start to finish has been about 2 weeks, and less than a month to funding. I trust Ryan and his team without question and credit them for my ability to get the best rates available.

  If you are in the market for a new home loan, or anything related look no further than Ryan Frost. He has been amazing to work with, and I would 100% recommend. Ryan has helped me with my first home loan and now the refinance, and honestly I don't know what I would have done without all his help. Definitely a 5 star rating for Compass Lending and for Ryan.

  I have financed a mortgage and subsequently refinanced a mortgage with Compass Lending Solutions. Ryan Frost, is hard working, dedicated, honest and shows integrity. Additionally, his rates and closing costs are lower than anyone else. I called over a dozen groups and he always beat their closing costs and rates! I have recommended him to friends and neighbors, and would continue to do so without hesitation. I do not work for him, I am not a member of his family, however we have become friends since I have had return business with him. I cannot recommend Compass enough for your mortgage needs.

  Ned and his team worked tirelessly on our behalf. As first-time self-employed home-buyers, we knew it wouldn't be easy to get a mortgage. Ned was energetic, positive, open and honest with us from day one. He patiently explained everything in layman's terms. Since we had never been through the process before, we didn't know how lucky we were to be in such good hands. Another mortgage broker could have easily dropped the ball when faced with unforeseen obstacles, but Ned met the challenges and helped us close the deal. Highly recommended!

  I would not recommend Compass lending solutions. They do not return phone calls and over sell their capabilities. Steer clear of Ryan Frost, seems nice but not someone you want to do business with.

  Mortgage lending is more difficult than it has ever been. While we strive to obtain financing and deliver excellent service to each of our customers, we are not always able to place loans with the best lender available and we are subject to market conditions which can hinder our ability to provide optimal rates when borrowers have complex self employment situations. We apologize for not being able to close your loan with Provident Funding and regret the market shift to higher rates during the process which led to an inability to place your loan with a different lender while rates were still in the 3.75% range.
