G Garcia3I really like CACU, I have a few loans with them and the loan specialists (from the main branch) have treated me well. I came to this location when I was looking for my first loan. The workers seemed to be bothered when they were interrupted from being on the computer. I asked what I needed for a loan and was quickly dismissed. I then applied for a loan online instead. I was approved, and I was happy. I then went in a few months later to make a payment on my loan and the same thing happened. The people that were there, were once again bothered because doing nothing was more important.

Whitney Frizell5I love this Credit Union. I love the 5% cash back back at the end of each statement period. I love the low rate they gave me on my new Mazda compared to the dealer. Mitch Hoyt is amazing. They know my name, my kids, my life and they appreciate my business. They always find time for my needs. I am glad I made the switch.

Lee Orrison4Helpful, and with a cookie. This location generally has staff are helpful. They do have some modern technology that takes a bit to get used to, but after a try or two, it's not bad. There is a nice area for kids to be entertained if you need to talk with someone for a longer time. Overall this is a nice branch. Overall, we've really like our participation with CA overall.

Lindsay Goodman5At first with this credit union when I had no credit established as a teenager, they gave me the opportunity to buy a used car with their first time car buying loan when nobody else would without a co signer. Being established with this bank for many years later they are quick to tell me all the options I have as a member that will help me save money or earn more! They are always friendly, they listen, and are quick to help. I have never had a problem with either branches in Olathe. I can't say the same for other banks I have tried using in the past. Than you for being so member friendly!!

Lee Capes2Help me understand the purpose of going to these electronic teller machines. As a non member of your institution I had to go inside and be helped by a human teller and an electronic teller. Not to mention there are 3 of those machines and the human waited in line behind another human teller to complete my transaction. I understand I am not YOUR customer. But I feel it cost your comany more than the $3 charge to complete this transaction.

January Batcheler2I am not a fan of the video tellers. Whenever I go in I have to get assistance from someone in person to use it, which I'm guessing defeats the purpose. In the drive through it's been fine, but please put a real teller in the lobby.

Allison Hougland5I want, actually NEED, to thank Juan Pablo and Bob at the Olathe 7hwy and Santa Fe branch for their above and beyond service yesterday morning. We scheduled a closing that was supposed to have been performed by a mobile notary in their branch. At the last minute, the mobile notary called in sick. Rather than having to reschedule the closing, Juan Pablo spoke with the title company and performed the closing, page by page, himself. Bob was also an integral part of the closing, answering questions about some of the documents that came up. Our closing happened on schedule ONLY due to the ROCKSTAR service we received. Thank you for exemplifying what a truly service oriented company is capable of!!
