  I came in to get some help with my finances and was helped by Vanessa Ortiz, she was great to work with, and extremely helpful with getting everything addressed that I needed. I also was able to call her later that day and realized I needed some bank statements from accounts I needed her help with, and she took the time to get them printed out and even emailed them to me. I will be sure to come back to Claycomo branch for all my banking needs if everyone is as helpful as she is! Thank you!

  Great customer service. The manager, Vanessa, is always a delight. She goes above and beyond for her customers and always does it with a smile on her face. Community America is great and that is thanks to the great customer service. Thank you!

  Always easy at my local branch. I had to do name change and get a new card. Was super easy and quick. Best "bank" I have ever used.

  I applied to open an account online and didn’t hear anything back. So I called and no option to speak to anyone about it. I reached out by email and was given a number and even that one was useless just kept talking about promotions.

  Never had a customer service issue with any other locations besides this one. I’ve been with ComAmer for 8 years now and I’ve never been treated so poorly before. Teller must’ve been having a bad morning but the bad interaction led to me contacting customer service, which I rarely do with any company in general.

  Been a member for quite a while. Walked in, got cut off by someone who walked in behind me, the lady saw this happen, and continued helping the guy that cut me off. 30 minutes later of waiting to be helped, I left. This place is a joke. To think I was planning on refinancing loans at this place.
