Ayman Nimer1Extremely rude staff. Told me I couldn't get quarters even though I have multiple accounts there! They accused me of using the quarters for "business use" but I needed them for laundry! What kind of FINANCIAL INSTITUTION does that? It's literally the ONLY thing you exist for! What else do you do besides financial services?? You guys went out of your way to deny me service. Incredible! You know this place is bad especially because I have no trouble getting quarters from Quiktrip but you guys wanna make things impossible! They are a gas station and do your own job better than you!

Nick Bruns1Horrible customer service. Tried cashing a check insurance mailed and was told to have all 3 people sign it and they would call to verify it was okay with them. Go back the next day with signatures and am told that that information was wrong and that I needed all 3 of us there with IDs. Not feasible as everyone works different schedules and when I tried to talk to the lady about it, she was down right rude. Went to Chase bank and they cashed it with a smile on their face. CACU management needs to have a customer service training with their people Told wrong info and they were extremely rude and shrugged me off. Done with CACU. Recommend Chase bank right down the road. Way better customer service.

Vanessa Prindle1Not a fan of the new ATM/video tellers. Needed to withdraw cash quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Two atms open. I pulled directly behind a car in one. She was already involved in a transaction. I waited 15 minutes and she still was not done. I could see her talking, but she wasn’t finishing and moving on. Numerous cars lined up behind me, eventually backed up and moved to the other open ATM. As I was directly behind the car, I couldn’t back up and move over because now new cars had pulled in behind me. My only options were to pull around the car and loop back around to the other open atm, which now had four cars who arrived after me, and wait in line for another 15 minutes or go to another bank across the street. As I needed to get my son somewhere on time, I chose to go to the other bank with a traditional ATM and just pay the $3 fee. I did all of that and as I left the other bank with my money within 3 minutes, I drove back past CACU and the car was STILL at that ATM. Customers should not be able to do transactions at an ATM that take 20 minutes and monopolize 1 of the 2 available ATMs. I realize the $3 fee for using the other bank is not a large amount, but now I’m wondering how many more times will this happen as someone conducts lengthy business at a ATM that should be reserved only for quick 5 minute max transactions. Very frustrated with this change and that I am unable to withdraw some cash in a reasonable amount of time. Please, if you have not changed other locations already, leave the outermost device as a traditional ATM!

Barbara Rossbach2Been with CACU since 1964 - you were doing great until you installed that terrible drive thru window on Flintlock. I have yet to have a good experience there. So much so that I opened an account with another bank that has the old fashion person to person drive thru - not electronic screens. Slowly I will shift!!

mark taylor5By far the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Best customer service, best overall banking/credit union experience. I had to put a stop payment on something today, although the mistake was on the end of another company, Community America (without hesitation) waived the fee for stopping the payment. Hands down best credit union there is. I will gladly continue to give them my business and highly recommend them to everyone I can.

Clayton Blunt5Had an issue with another bank that I had deposited a CACU cashiers check from. Went into this branch where the personal banker and branch manager helped me with flawless service. The branch manager even came to the other bank with me across the street to ensure everything was provided they needed. I can’t thank the people at this branch enough. Always a good experience at CACU.

Leslie Dotzler5I was referred to Community America by my daughter ($25 referral fee for both of us) & my Mortgage company. It is a great bank. No fees, hassle free & great customer service especially Christina who came highly recommended, she is very professional & awesome at her job. I have since referred a co-worker which we both get a $25 referral fee for. As well as profit sharing payment once yearly to you on January 15.

Jay Grimes5I really like Community America. My wife worked for several banks over the years and when she switched industries, we moved to CA because we liked the idea of a credit union. We were not disappointed. Even when we moved to a town where the closest branch was 45 minutes away, we stuck with CA. Everyone is nice and very helpful, the bank services are helpful and easy to access. When we applied for a car loan, it was fast and easy.

jackburl1So now a credit union can't afford tellers at a normal location? Now everything is a computer? Even the drive thru? Seems dystopian, can you not afford to employ tellers?
