  I am a first time Homeowner/buyer. The experience with Prime lending and our lender representative Scott Fleming was seamless. I asked a lot of questions and Scott and his team were timely and efficient in their responses. I felt encouraged and educated. The experience of this major life decision/ purchase was a great experience all around. The team was thoughtful and considerate and professional. I felt as if I was part of the team and we were working together. Hands down best experience!

  I couldn’t come up with one negative thing to say throughout our experience working with prime lending. We closed on our house in 21 days and it was a breeze. Each of the team members we worked with were efficient, communicative, and personable throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.   They were extremely helpful, and friendly from start to beginning during the entire process! Anytime we called, if they weren't able to answer right away, they called back in a very timely manner. We never had any problem reaching them or getting a quick answer from them. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to at least go in and ask question so they can show you what you need to get done take everything easier

  Saul Kittleson is THE MAN! He and his team made the whole mortgage process an easy one.
