  I had a flat tire and this guy (Miguel Angel) was really nice providing me a tire inflator even though he didn’t have to. This action of kindness made my day! God bless you and your family!

  I would not recommend working for this company. They have an extremely high turnover rate at their Bella Collina location and it’s due to poor leadership skills because supervisors want to pick “favorites”. They are as quick to fire as they are to hire you. You can be spoken to anyhow but don’t even try to speak up for yourself because then you’ll get badmouthed and probably “mysteriously” get written up for things everyone else does. A supervisor can tell newly hired employees not to talk to people they are getting rid of. Also HR is fine with letting their supervisor engage in intimate relationships with their coworkers which is extremely unprofessional and leads to people being promoted not based on skills but on what they “do” with that supervisor. Also if you plan on quitting and you quit in a way they don’t like, they will withhold your final paycheck. Lastly, if you face any harassment or discrimination in this workplace good luck proving it who it’s from or who is harassing you because HR won’t help unless you have “facts”.
