      Ok, when I go in to visit in person the service is good. Nevertheless, when trying to call and get in contact with an actual person who works at the branch with which I am a member... good luck. In that aspect their customer services is terribly lacking. People still need answers to their questions over the phone.

      I have been a member and conducted business with the former Cler Co Teachers Federal CU, which is now Superior, since 1985. Recently I have had the pleasure of conducting business with some of the newer employees.
