  Lilly and William at Community Home Finance helped me buy my first house (a foreclosure) back in 2011, and they were wonderful. They walked me through every step of the process, and kept me fully informed of everything that was happening with my USDA loan. Years later, I’ve since sold that house and moved across the country. Now I am buying another house, and the lender is requesting some paperwork from the previous purchase that I’d long since discarded. William helped me get what I need by taking the time to search his archived computer files for anything related to me. He read through 14 pages of documentation while on the phone with me to make sure it contained exactly the information I needed, then he emailed it to me immediately with a note thoroughly explaining what the documentation was and where the necessary information was located within that documentation. The whole time, he was pleasant and friendly, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Rarely have I experienced such wonderful customer service! If you are looking for a mortgage broker, look no further; Community Home Finance is a gem!
