  The bank manager took some time out twice now to assist me personally. I find it hard to believe this woman made it to manager level but can't explain the difference between the three different credit personal credit cards offered, heaven forbid i ask anything about the business cards!! But I do cause I own a business and you know when you have a moment where you are so dumb founded at somebody else's stupidity.... well there it was. Please demote that freak she makes me look extra intelligent and truly I'm not. I'm just a regular joeette.

  Things have changed in there. It no longer matters that you are a good and reliable customer.. They blame new rules. In the end though, new rules or what ever it is , they are no longer willing to provide anything other than basic services.. Dont even try.

  Honestly I have grown very frustrated and tired of all the issues with this bank. I feel as though it has been one thing after another. They will charge you extra overdraft fees even after a few days of your account being in the positive so watch out for that. Had a huge issue after depositing my whole entire paycheck in the ATM and well, it malfunctioned and I was without my money for two weeks because they could not do anything to help me get my money that I lost because of their ATM issue. Instead I had to wait two weeks to finally get money but by that time I was already in deep issues with bills and such. I have been wanting to switch banks for years, but my husband will not agree to go through the process it takes to do so. Word of advice, bank somewhere else.

  Couldn't ask for a better banking experience. I have avoided going to the bank for years, as the ATM is my new MO. But whenever I do go in, they are so dang friendly and nice I wonder why I don't go in more often. The online banking assistance is the same way. They take personal responsibility for your problem or question until it is solved or answered. This is SCARCE these days, so very much appreciated. Love NSB!

  I come in to the bank almost every week and I feel so welcomed. Right when I walk in I feel welcomed and get great costumes service. I’m originally from a small town and moving to Fernly and coming to Nevada state bank makes me feel at home 🤙

  Very disappointed with the loan department with this bank. Has declined my application for a line of credit using equity in my home . I have plenty of equity and excellent credit!!! Shouldn't give false hope or encouragement to customers!!!

  This is an excellent branch, always friendly service. The bank itself is great no mater which branch you choose, would recommend to friends and family. If your tired of big bank fees and hassle this is the place to be :) I have been a customer since 2009 and couldn't be happier!

  I'm not a customer, but the few times I've visited (Cash advances, check registers, etc) They've been very nice and helpful. When I am ready to open a local account, I will go to them.
