      I stopped at the Richmond Street location shortly before 6 p.m. during my wait in line at the drive-thru the light for the drive-thru turned from green to red. The car in front of me pulls off and I am up. I noticed the girl blatantly ignoring me and then at 6 she puts her headset on and tells me they close at 6. No kidding! I was in the line before 6... What the hell kind of customer service is that? I may just have to take my loans elsewhere.

      The tellers are always friendly to me here. Had some strange circumstances where i had to reopen an account. It really helped save my hide. I appreciate their efforts.

      I want to give a huge shout out to Matt at the Spencer st location! I just moved from out of state and have been trying to set up an account at the Richmond St location and there was always an excuse why they couldn't do it for me. I went into the Spencer st location and Matt help me get in and out and set up in under 20 minutes. Thanks again!!

      On google maps it says open until 1pm on saturdays but that is incorrect. They close at 12pm just like every other community first credit union location :-|
