Janie Hamilton1I initially opened my business account with community credit Union in 2012. What started out as a wonderful relationship and all of my business needs has turned into a complete nightmare. This bank has treated me as if I'm not a member of their community! You can never speak to a manager directly when you called. All of their calls or processed through a call center which leave messages for callbacks. But you never get a callback. I've had to move my business to mobile services that are no longer located within the county. I've been locked out of my account since January no online access and when I call into the 800 number it doesn't even recognize any of my information. If an overdraft occurs in our taken care of immediately then how does a person become completely locked out of your account in definitely? This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard and when you ask questions the customer care person can't answer them for you and must re-directed the question to another person who will have to follow up with you on an answer?As of as of today I plan to close this account and never deal with this bank again. Please do your research read your reviews and talk to other people this is not a bank that will treat you right long-term. They'll say what they need to say I plan to close this account and never deal with this bank again.
