  Bought a money order and next day didnt need it and when I called spoke to jesenia and she said she can work with me so I dont have to lose so much money to cash it and when I went back she act stupid like she didnt know anything we spoke bout and charge me 5 percent ... So upset lost so much money ... When I asked if they can do anything for me she said no 5% ... There customer service is 5% worst place ever !

  This place is the worst ghetto ass customer service all the employees talking about there personal life and not helping customers Been here 35 minutes and nobody has helped me or even looked at me to say be just a minute This is exactly why businesses in urban areas fail lack of professionalism and work ethic
