  I am very disappointed in what is happening with this company .. it seems lately they are having cash flow issues which is understandable but as a customer that has been going there for years and has always treated the employees with respect .. so I went in to community choice today and one of the newer girls helped me I handed her the check and she said “we don’t have the money” but maybe we can give you some cash and some money orders at that moment Maxine jumped up and yelled with a attitude “no need to do money orders we will get in $40,000 tomorrow just come back!” I needed the money to send my kids for Christmas.. that’s ok they obviously don’t need my business!. I’m changing my review because for the most part this location has been good to me. I do t blame the employees for their lack of cash and I am sure they are stressed as well. Bit they need to implement a better way to handle their customers when they have a cash shortage. Try talking to us in a civil matter . It’s not the first time this has happened and I have always been understandable,

  They cashed my IRS refund check with no problem. Just show valid ID, walk out with CASH not some debit card! That, was a life saver. They are open till 8pm, and only charge 3% for refund checks. Very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend them. ❤

  This place is horrible!!!! I’ve been a long time WesternUnion customer and the women who works there is extremely unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she is a middle aged Hispanic women brown hair with a heavy accent. I’ve been coming in to send money for a few months and they are always very slow and not very friendly which I didn’t care too much about as long as my service was rendered. However the past few months have been awful, came in June and she said the WesternUnion was down. I walked off thinking nothing of it. Today I came in and again she responded with WesternUnion is down. I proceeded to tell her on my way out that a month later and you still haven’t corrected the issue?? Instead of being courteous and saying sorry for the inconvenience she waved to me and said BYE in a sarcastic rude manner. At that point I lost it and gave her a piece of my mind and she wasn’t shy to respond back cursing my mother among other things. This is unacceptable behavior in a public setting she shouldn’t be in any position of customer service. I called the other locations and they assured me that WesternUnion was up and running and I proceeded with a complaint which I hope will result in her being reprimanded in some way. I don’t think I’m the first or last to complain about this women please don’t waste your time or money in this place. I went down the street to the Winn Dixie and the clerk was very nice and professional. Some people are just miserable in nature and want everyone else to feel like them. 1 star is being extremely gracious by the way.

  Kya or however you spell her name was VERY RUDE, she called and left me a voicemail trying to get ahold of someone I knew since I was a reference to give them a message or whatever. I called her back to ask what the call was in regards to or what they even were as a business and she just said it doesn't have anything to do with me and told me I need to tell him they called with attitude and she hung up on me as I asked again what they even were!😡 Very disrectful, rude and unprofessional. If that's how they talk to people on the phone I can only imagine how they treat their customers or do business with them!

  This place is SLOW , unorganized and VERY RUDE , the foul language and ignorance you wouldn't expect at a business your paying to do service with ! The colored Girl with the curly hair is horrible to say the least with customers - unless it's a male of course but she's well known for that . Stay away from this place it will save alot of unnecessary wasted time and headaches !

  Went to this place to cash a check. They have the worst service. The older Spanish lady has a attitude and is very rude. I wouldn’t bring my check here if it was the last place to cash it I rather wait till Monday to drop it in the bank.

  Maxine Hernandez acts extremely inappropriate for a business - she doesn't belong working with the public she's too immature she acts like she's in High School I would be embarrassed to have her working at my place of business- plenty of places out there this one wouldn't be my choice . .

  Very friendly lady she was very helpful wasn’t able to cash my check locally I had no problems cashing it at their place excellent service very friendly atmosphere

  Terrible customer service ! When one of the employees were asked a simple questions she answered with an attitude and didn't want to take time and explain what was needed.
