  arrived at 7:51 pm just to find out they were close, change your schedule time from 8 pm to 7:51 if you guys are not following the schedule and making people go down there for nothing!

  This place sucks! Took out a loan they cash the check on the 19 of December and I came today 1/2/19 to take out another loan and they said I have to wait an additional 24 hours for my check to clear. When in my bank the funds were deducted on 19 of December. They advise me that if I were to come a couple days after they deposit my check they could over ride the system but at this point have to let their system clear the check. There system takes over 20 days to clear. Look somewhere else for a loan this place is getting worse by the minute!!! Looking forward doing business somewhere else.

  Abuse lending practice . If you take out a loan 6 days prior to your pay date. And you are biweekly they try to put you on a date that is 7 or 8 days away that falls just after your next pay instead of the following pay date. This forces the customer to pay on a date that he doesn't get paid. Forcing you to pay with income that you get before the 7 days that's the minimum mandatory in Fl. This is abuse if not unlawfully practice. Avoid this place.

  Nearly is the only one person with a good customer service in the store Edwin needs to improve the customer service he sucks as a representative to check cashing USA . Im really disappointed with the service i received.
