  I have been banking here for a really long time! They handle my business banking and have always done a phenomenal job! I can’t thank everyone enough as whenever I have any questions they get the answers to me quickly! I also really enjoy the speediness of the drive through. These guys are the best!   My husband and I went to the Community Bank in Arvada to do some banking and Angelica Sanchez helped us with it. She was so very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. Not only is she smart but so kind and that means so much in our world today. If anyone is looking for an expert at Community Bank, we would highly recommend Angelica.

  We have been with this branch for many years now, and while we have at times had ups and downs with staff, I've seen a NOTABLE difference since Edmundo Araujo Ortiz took over as manager of this location. Since then, the customer service has been great. We've since opened a business and he and his staff made it easy to navigate everything that needed to be done. We have all of our personal and business banking here. We love the small town feel and the big town services/options. Most of all, if I have any questions, its easy to just pop in and find a solution. Thanks for all you do guys! Would recommend you to anyone.

  Everybody here is super friendly and professional. Great customer service and they always make you feel like you're there number one client. Good job to all the staff!! I'm happy I opened an account with this bank.

  So the bank manager was very rude and hateful to me. My husband had just deposited a check and we were parked behind the bank looking up places to get lunch before driving off. A man approached our vehicle and told us to move our car or else it was going to be towed and the parking area was for customers only( We are customers and we have been parked MAYBE 10 minutes). He then told us he would have someone there in 10 minutes to tow our car (by the way we are sitting in the car, a/c on) and I made the comment that no one would be towing the car with us inside it. He then threatened to have our car towed with us in it. I got out and followed the man back into the bank and the man that was so rude to us just so happens to be the BANK MANAGER. So needless to say we are not doing business with them anymore. I will be going to another location and closing my account. Seriously, I have no clue why he decided to come at us like that, but I feel extremely offended and despite the excellent customer service we have always experienced this one isolated event has made me not even want to come here anymore.

  I love everyone at Community Bank of Arvada! Shania, Angelica, Sean and Lindsey and Delores are all AMAZING!!! They give such awesome customer service and they take such great care their customers. This bank is fabulous and I love doing business there!! Love y’all!

  I work with the Arvada branch. Our banker, Edmundo Araujo Ortiz, help our company with some transaction issues and resolved them with professionalism and courtesy. He and the staff at Community Banks of Colorado get a AAA+ rating from me. I recommend all to use this bank whether for personal or business use.

  Parked for 10 minutes before I could use the ATM there and they towed my truck. I spoke with several of the other business owners around them and these guys are sleaze bags and have a racket with the towing company. Stay away at all costs and for all reasons.

  Andy, we apologize for the experience you had at our banking center. We are working our best to allow ample parking for our clients during business hours and ask that non-clients only park in our lot during non-business hours. Usually 5 pm - 9 am Monday - Friday, and after 12 pm on Saturdays.
