  The Greer team with Legacy Mutual Mortgage helped us refi our home. They were wonderful from the first meeting- taking the time to explore several options with us and understand our goals and full situation. Grover was great at explaining all of our options and sharing his thoughts on the best way to proceed. The Greer team expertly walked us through the process and were patient and knowledgeable, helping us overcome complications (such as Covid closures impacting our income). We’re very happy with the experience and the outcome and will definitely come back!

  If you desire professionalism, respectfulness, and kindness from a mortgage company then look no further! Great experience throughout the entire mortgage process.   Very pleased with Legacy Mutual! This is the 3rd refi/ purchase we have done with them and Grover and team hits it out the park each time. We are very pleased with the rates they researched and offered, as well as the process was clean and fast. Also appreciate the customer events and perks that Legacy holds, and just goes to show you how much they value their clients. We will certainly return again when the time comes!

  Grover and his team are hands down the best. Start to finish they walk you through the process and get ahead of any questions best they can. So many things can change when buying a home or refinancing it’s nice to have a constant of Grover. Used him for my first home purchase and the refi since!

  Team Greer has been awesome!! Truly! the whole team is very friendly and they all work real hard to make sure you are satisfied and they do it all very fast!
