      Winter is super rude. Has zero customer service skills and should not be working at a bank or any customer service job for that matter. However, if you need your fees reversed, ask for SABRINA!!! She'll refund up to $500 in banking fees --- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was super helpful, I mentioned the fees I accrued unbeknownst to me and she literally clicked some buttons on her keyboard and reversed my fees. Sabrina is your girl for getting fees reversed! I couldnt believe she didnt even ask any questions.

      After having our mortgage with CBC for a few years we switched to automatic bill pay. Several phone calls, face to face visits and working with our bank, they still never got our amount correct which screwed up our payment schedule. Then they sold our loan to a bank that has one of the worst ratings possible. Now we have received threatening mail from our new mortgage bank that we are in arrears with our payments.       A service charge of 8.00 tirned into 50.00 in overdraft. I will never recommend your bank. 10 years at this branch. Closed account. You were willing to lose a customer over 8.00. Bad buisness Vera.
