  Diane Beaumont and the Benchmark Team were great to work with throughout the loan approval and closing of our new home in Colorado. We were from out of state, so lots of the work had to be completed remotely.   This was our third home purchase with BM and we will for sure use them in the future for other purchases. From the get go their team is friendly and very responsive and throughout the whole process we loved working with them. Everything is upfront and easy to submit making the mortgage process a breeze. This time around we were told by other sources, that we could not purchase a home due to new regulations with business owners.
