  Not much to look at. Most items are way over priced. Do not waste your time. The camping items are trash. I was expecting more from an area in Woodland Park that has camping and fishing spots. It looks mostly like meth-head pawns than anything or stolen items. I wasted my time do not waste yours.

  More than just a pawn store the owner and staff are amazing helpful people that care. Also they have all sorts of things from antiques sporting goods guns ammo camping electronics home equipent car and truck stuff etc..etc..and if you are selling they buy almost anything as long as it has value and is in good condition. just make sure you understand how pawn shops work..you will not get the amount you paid for an item because there is store overhead and needs to be room for the store to turn a profit or why would anyone do it. And its a small town so keep that in mind as well. But these people became my freinds helping me out of a pickle more than once when they really didnt need to.

  If I could give this pawn shop a 0 i would. The owner or wherever he is was so rude. Me and my family are out of town and came to check this place out. Well my parents found this self that had a tag on it and bought it.he kept walking back and forth complaining how it wasn't to be sold. The guy then proceeded to complain to me about how it pisses him off that people still buy something that isn't for sale in which his employees sold it to them due to the tag on it. I told him your still making profit and it shouldn't matter. Well i was waiting for 5 minutes to get helped and the employees and him weren't helping me when my mom came to ask if I'm ready I said I was still waiting to get these he takes the DVDs goes to the back and comes back and says he isn't going to sell them to me and that he would only sell them to me if my parents sold him back that self. In this whole situation he was arguing with me and my family. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER come back and talk about how this place is not worth going to.

  Wow, Nichole, this comment you left is hard to respond to. May I first say how sorry all of us our for our oversite that day on what was really most important in that situation, and that was you, our customer who took time out of your day (and your family's day) to come into our store and then wanted to make what should have been a quick and easy purchase. I'm embarrassed for everyone. Please know that it is NEVER our intention to display such poor service. I wish I could give you a good reason for why it happened but there's never a good reason. I hope you give us another chance to get back into your good graces.

  The owner and his staff are very friendly. They have always been fair, and willing to do what is right for the customers. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

  Not very big, but does have some great items. Most items are fairly cheaper then new ones. Though I have noticed that many used items are being sold for more money then what the same new item is being sold for in stores. I've been told by some locals that many of the items there have been there for years because of the high prices.

  The owner and staff are friendly but a lot of the items are over priced. A ps4 camera that they were trying to sell was priced at 60$, but you can get the same old model for 40$ Brand new.

  This place is a JOKE over priced and the guy that owns it is a JERK avoid THIS place at ALL cost! 17 miles up the road there's better place FRFR AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! If i cud I'd give them 0 stars!

  Please know it is Never our intention to have any customer leave here upset or disappointed. We will sometimes have customers come in that feel their item is worth far more than what we can offer them... at this point we do our best to educate them as to how and why we get to our number. There's A Lot of factors involved in offering loans (age, make, model, condition, how many items of this type do we already have, and how much is this item in the same condition selling for). From this point our customer can choose to accept the loan or not... we understand either way (no hard feelings involved). However, some customers take it personally and feel insulted instead of understanding it as a business decision. What I'm getting at is.... if ever you're disappointed with us as a borrower/seller/buyer please let us know.... we'll do our best to work it out with you. But you must first be willing to be patient, put yourself in our place, listen to what we're telling you, and try to understand the business side of this transaction. Be less demanding and more understanding.

  I refuse to go, anywhere else. DR, is a kind man. His staff, are polite. The service is excellent. The prices are reasonable.
