      Had a charge on my account on Sunday for over 300 dollars out of California. I called in first thing yesterday Colette answered the phone and was beyond helpful. I had another charge from over a month ago for a lot less but same ID as the one Sunday no only did she look up which of my cards were used or if it was my account directly hit she processed both charges, got me a new card printed faxed me my papers to sign since I work out of town, and had my money back from both charges today! Thank you for all the excellent service!
