  Community 1st is amazing the people are great and always so friendly. Betty Burr is awesome she helped me get my credit fixed and helped me get my first auto loan they treat you with respect and like you are family I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give them ten stars I would.

  Been at this credit union for almost 5 years now and they definitely know their stuff. If you need a local credit union, I most definitely suggest Community 1st Credit Union. Only downfall is that these banks are only located in mid-southern Iowa, and other than that, you are kinda screwed. However I have gotten approved for a small loan and a car loan through them before and paid it off in time. Good communicators. 2 thumbs up.

  I have banked with Community 1st for many years and they have always been respectful and helpful with anything that I have needed. I don't know what I would have done without Kathy for my loan needs! Loans are delivered very quickly and explained fully. I will continue to stay with them for my banking needs. You should be banking here also!

  Extremely helpful and friendly service. New to the area and trying to establish banking and they explained everything every step of the way and made great suggestions to maximize my accounts.

  Someone got my account information and has been taking money from my account. They were very helpful through the whole process of geting another card that I did not have to pay for and even geting my money back. I really do enjoy banking with community first cc.

  Good luck getting ahold of anybody. After an hour of automated machines telling you to press buttons you'll get told to leave a message and never hear from them again. Easier to go inside which is unfortunate.

  The representatives are knowledgeable and nice. If I get a high savings interest rate, all the better.
