  I love this branch! They are so helpful and this is the only one we go to. Our girl ReTanya Stafford has been so great to us, she started our account and she dies everything she can to help us. She definitely needs a raise.

  I have used City National Bank for years but the Aspen branch that they have now with Felicia/Alex/ReTanya and Jessica is by far the best group and customer service they go above and beyond to help with any situation that may arise. They are always friendly and polite and they will make your day just by the way they treat their customers.

  Felicia the manager should be awarded the Manager of the whole history of CNB. All new employees should be trained at anywhere Felicia is & pay her lots of money. Felicia makes me feel like I'm the only customer. Her team Alex, Jessica, Retanya are professional and kind.

  I come to this location because of the staff. The tellers knows you by name and are always friendly and eager to help. A Special recognition to Felicia Mack, she is an Awesome Manager. She knows how to do her job and do it well!! She really makes you feel like you are part of Family! If you are looking for a financial partner, City National Bank is the best you will find!!

  I have been a member of this specific location for years now. Excellent staff, excellent management. They really care about the customers needs. I have had many banks but nothing compares to the quality service of this bank. I recommend the bank to anyone.

  I have been a customer for several years and have always had the best service!! All of the tellers are always super friendly and eager to help, but I have to give special recognition to Felicia. She has assisted me and my husband at two different locations and I hope she never goes too far. She makes you feel like you’re truly part of a family. I have a checking account, auto loan and personal loan and I will never go anywhere else for my financial needs. I would highly recommend City National Bank to anyone out there!

  The Kenosha/Aspen branch is absolutely the best! Felicicia is an amazing branch manager! Her and the other staff are always friendly and very attentive. Not to mention they are prompt and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this branch and the staff. I am definitely a happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
