  Not impressed with customer service! They literally speak to you as if it's a bother to answer the phone. We have elderly people who don't understand how to pay online and can't make it in to pay. Definitely need a customer service training course.

  If I ran a business, it would not be model after Commission of Public Works. The office is very inept, never had any dealing with the field workers, so I can't comment on them. The office post their hour and you go there during those hours and their closed. Don't always answer their phone... maybe on the other line or maybe "closed" when they are posted to be open? Finally what company in this day and age for convenience of their customer and for themselves have a web presents and the ability for their customers to pay bills on online... There are people in the community that can not get out or elderly, handicap etc ... that on-line bill paying would benefit greatly. Just Saying "Commission of Public Works" try stepping into the modern world.

  Sometimes they close with no warning even though they're suppose to be open until 5. When they send someone out to you're house they never let you know they're there or that they've been there and what the findings are. Now they're not answering their phone. It's so frustrating to deal with them. By the way my bill went from $29 to $92. Do you think I got an explanation? No, of course not!

  This place is NEVER open. The hours say 8-5 on the window but they are NEVER there. Today I pulled up at 11:53 and they had a “closed” sign up with be back at 2:00. Fortunately, I caught them walking out. She said “oh, are you here to pay a bill? You can leave it in the drop box” I told her “yes but I don’t have exact change or the physical bill with me” she let me pay my bill and I asked what time their normal lunch break was; she said 12-1:15. Why were they leaving before 12 and the sign said be back at 2? If you have an hour and a half lunch break the hours posted should be 8-12 and 1:15-5.

  Justin came out on a late Sunday afternoon to help us with our problem. He was able to pump out the water and get to the shutoff valve. Without his help our yard would have been flooded overnite until the plumber could come out. Couldn't have been nicer!

  I went by the office which is supposed to be open Mon - Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it was closed. I went by twice last week and again today and still closed. There is no reason on a sign on the door why it's closed or when it will re-open. There is only one phone number and it is just a recording. I need documents from them ASAP and there is no way to get in touch. I left a message with my phone number to let me know when they would re-open and that was last week and I have not heard anything. Left my number again today and will probably not hear anything. What way is that to run a business???

  People pay attention to your water bills and make sure u keep ur receipts they screwed up on my bill and I had to pay it twice bc i threw my receipt away and the problem couldn't be addressed unless i had my receipt which i understood that but when I went in to repay again I gave David 100 dollars cash to put on my bill when I pulled off I noticed he only posted 80 to my account so I went back I told him it was a mistake some where he insisted that it was right so I got out went in and asked him what did he do with my other 20 bc i gave him 100 dollars and he only posted 80 so we were back and forth i was threatened by David he stated since i was so nasty to him about my 20 dollars he was gonna have my water turned off even if i was a day or two late bc i was so nasty to him to me that's very unprofessional he was very rude and nasty why bc u was tryna pocket my 20 dollars to fix whatever yall screwed up and I called u out on it then I asked for the commissioners number to report him he lied about that didn't want to give me the number but I got it and yes I reported u for now on yall will be getting paid by money orders u can't pocket that lesson learned for me

  They are never there during posted open hours but they will turn ya water off if ya don't pay wth how you pay a closed company that don't except debit or credit cards cash or money order only

  we live in a neighborhood off of talatha Church Road in our water has been off now since about midday yesterday at 6 a.m. All of the tenants of tried to call our landlord has tried to call therethere is no alternate number to get in touch with someone in an emergency situation and on top of that when we do call and to leave a message the mailbox is full Seriously considering litigious action

  I have had less than half water pressure for more than 3 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the problem with this,we should fire all of ya'll up there. since I have had less than half pressure only charge me HALF OF MY BILL. Get out and fix the water pressure. WHY DO WE ALWAYS HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE WATER BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE,#$%^&&**&^%$$##@@$%^&**(())(*&^%$#@@#$%^&^
