Yanira Medina-Velasquez1Visiting my childhood friend here in Aiken I had to go into this branch to make a transaction. I live in California and I’ve never been treated so badly as I was treated today. The first teller spoke to me as if I had done something wrong and was in a bad mood. I do not recommend going to this branch at all. My friend who lives here in Aiken told me she doesn’t like going to this branch because they are all very rude and lack customer service skills. These employees should be thankful they have a job.

James Lyons4So we ordered checks 2 weeks ago, got the checks within the 3-5 business days. Then when our account was below $15 (cost of checks and almost 2 weeks later they pull the money out and overdraft our account trying to stick the $35 overdraft on top of that. Now we have to waste our morning go down there and get a straight answer about there under handed tactics. We had the money for the checks in our account for the last 2 weeks, paid bills then they pull it out. Update: Spoke with Cara at customer service and she was awesome she fixed everything. I was shocked at the level of customer service I received. Being a bank I was waiting for the BS to start of which I received NONE. Cara was professional, curtious and quite frankly made my day. AWESOME

Arial Breeze2Had an appointment to discuss transfer of money into investments. The guy who helped me seemed distracted and not committed to what I considered very important and substantial. We finally got the money set up in a specific account (after a lot of chatting). Then I was told to schedule another appointment with him in a week to further discuss options. I arrived at the appointed time. He started walking right past me until I said "Hello (name)". He looked totally surprised and kept walking then I said "Is our appointment now??" He had absolutely no clue! To cover he drags me into his office and pulls up my account to tell me my balance and savings interest rate. Then he proceeds to chat about whatever and says the investments person will be in next week. Wasted my whole dang morning and my money is just sitting in some account! I like the security of a big bank, but this experience was disappointing and disturbing. I mean, this guy had access to everything and yet couldn't remember an "investment" appointment? I immediately transferred the money to TDAmeritrade.

Megan Moore1I had an appointment there to talk to someone about financial planning during my divorce. I made the appointment for 9 a.m. the following week, and the appointment card given to me confirmed that it was at 9. When I arrived, I was told that the representative I was to meet was running late and would be there shortly. When asked by a manager at the bank if I had been helped, I told her that I was waiting for an appointment. She asked who I was waiting for and what time my appointment was. I told her who I was to meet, but as I said "9" the back employee that had checked me in spoke over me and told the manager that my appointment was to be at 9:30. The manager left, satisfied. I confronted the employee that checked me in and asked her what time my appointment had been. She told me 9:30. I felt marginalized and lied to. I felt that the employees were lying to cover each other's tardiness and negligence. I really didn't care if the employee I was to meet was running late. I cared a lot about the amount of dishonesty displayed openly as if I didn't matter at all. I will not return to this branch again, nor will I do business with Bank of America. I can't trust my financial health to an environment permeated with such dishonesty.

Jeremy Risinger1Only 1 cashier on a Friday?? Every time I come to this bank I wait in line for 20 minutes. Gonna get my mortgage taken out of my Regions account and close this account. Will be happy never to bank here again.

Wendy Green1Zero Customer service!!!! Waited in line to have a statement printed only to be told to have a seat. The Customer service representative was not asking who was next and 2 people cut in front of Me.

Brianna1Dont waste your time at this location. Always rude and disrespectful. Will be calling corporate on this specific location. North Augusta location is worth the drive. Will give them a huge compliment when i call as well.

Tristin Still10 STARS!!! I HATE THIS STUPID BANK! Always give me problems with cashing checks! Just now they wouldn't cash a check from one of my customers because signature wasn't exact match and when I asked them to call and verify they told me no they wouldn't. I won't be excepting bank of America checks anymore.

Don Rawls1Can't believe that this bank closes at 4pm. When is the working people suppose to get there. I have one payment there, it will be paid off in 5 months. Will not use this bank again after that. Security Federal from now on.
