The most impressive part of our conversation is that even though our loan request value did not fit into their portfolio, Leanne went out of her way to provide not only helpful information but potential financial institutions with contacts for my business to pursue.   Leanne Eicoff at Commercial Loan Direct is a saint! She saved me from a very expensive lesson when she found issues with the property I was buying. She did a ton of research on her own time and she shared it with me knowing that it would halt the sale and cost her a loan. I cannot say enough about Leanne Eicoff- a truly ethical banker and generous individual!

  The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we ended up sticking with our current lender who made some last minute desperate moves to retain our loan. We were shopping to refi our church mortgages (2 buildings) and considered 5 lenders including CLD. Leanne and CLD were the quickest to respond, most thorough in their offers, gave more options than the others, and had the best rates. The only way our current lender could beat them was to modify our exiting mortgages to match CLD's rate which cut out all closing costs that come with a refi. None of the other lenders could come close to the customer service and offers made to us by CLD. Will definitely start here next time and refer them to others.

  Fernando and Leanne are amazing. I have many small business that need refinancing, over the years I have met many Brokers and there is always a catch. ALWAYS! If you have a refinace needs here is what you will get from them. 1. No upfront fees 2. No hidden fees. 3. They have great relationships with Lenders, which gives them the leverage to get great deals. 4. As long as you have all the documentation they need prepared they will move fast. 5. If you say no to term-sheets they bring you, they will keep grinding until they get you what you want without any hesitation. They truly care about you. 6. Did I mention they don't take upfront Fees!! Use them! Once you do you will work with them forever.

  Having been led down the proverbial "garden path" several times by both brokers and lenders who appeared to have impeccable credentials but were, in fact, either incompetent or crooks, I had the privilege to be assisted in procuring exactly the right mortgage for my rental properties by Leanne Eicoff. Leanne's experience in business and training as an attorney combine with her intelligence, good judgment, humor, and determination to overcome all difficulties along the path towards my mortgage. In many respects she went far beyond professional obligation to counsel me and to make the best case with the lender over some contentious issues. She tracked the process carefully and even while away on a vacation out of the country. She knows her markets, networks, and customers' needs perfectly. It is rare that such a well-rounded package is available to relatively small business owners like myself and I cannot recommend her more strongly than I in fact do. I look forward to working with her again and have been recommending her to everyone I know who invests in commercial property.
