  James was my contact guy that gets things done! If he doesn’t know the answer he gets it for you. My financing went thru without a hitch because this is a well oiled machine. Would most definitely use them again. They even check in on you after the deal to make sure everything is still going good for you, this is a company that cares about their customers.

  I worked with Jeff and Eliana and where do I begin! My experience in lending has been over promises, and horrendous response times. When I "cold called" CFF I didn't know what to expect. Jeff immediately started to make progress and within 24 hours I had multiple competing offers. Full transparency, the interest rates are a little higher than my preference, but we still moved forward with the deal. I can't recommend these guys enough! They are always timely and follow through.
