  Complete joke. Brian wasted an entire month of my time and the manager wont call back. They dinged my excellent credit and I also lost the purchase of a custom truck that I spent months spacing out.

  Do not use this horrible bank, it is like they don't exist, no customer service, do not answer phone call, emails and more.

  Very bad customer service! Do not answer the phone, do not respond emails for few days, do not send titles for weeks, none of the lenders do this.
