  I am a new member of this chamber and I can't begin to say how impressed I am! I have received assistance beyond my expectations. They offer many resources that provide businesses with what they do, but they took the extra time to work with me on every detail that I was curious about. To begin with Kristin was more than helpful, she was instrumental in my consideration for becoming a member. Dana was also a huge help in guiding me through our profile listing. As a local business owner in Lexington, I strongly encourage you to consider this chamber in effectively helping you gain stronger recognition within the community.

  I am from Hazard, Kentucky only 2 hours from Lexington but my partner and myself moved here because I have always loved Lexington because of being gay it's easier to live in a city more accepting of LGBT people plus I have been a UK basketball fan my entire life, with that being said the people here are the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever met. I have never been treated so rudely by so many people now we are considering moving to a different city I am extremely disappointed in Lexington my dreams of moving here and living a peaceful life have been halted. The people in my hometown are ignorant and prejudice but even they are not as rude and disrespectful as the people here, I was raised to treat others the way you want to be treated and even the businesses have the rudest workers I've ever met and that's not even the worst part the managers and owners either don't care or they're just as rude, horrible horrible people.

  Went thru Lexington today going between home and the Smokies. Unfortunately we could not navigate around very well at all. Found pretty much a ghost town . Sorry Lexington I really wanted to grab a bite and look thru a couple antique be shops but they were in findable.

  I have worked with this chamber for 4 years. The staff is top notch and very organized. The are always striving to do better even after being awarded Chamber of the Year. They continue to offer great tools and resources to help everyone in our greater lexington area.
