  !!!!! SKIP this CONUNDRUM !!!! - 3606 Frederick Avenue, St Joseph, Mo. - Extremely Inappropriate/Suspicious activity as well as Employees. !!!! Go To Nodaway Valley Bank!!!! - Nodaway Valley Bank on S. Riverside Road, St. Joseph, Mo. The service & convenience is well worth the extra 7 minute drive. - Bonus' less traffic lights & traffic at certain times, a McDonald's, 2 Gas Stations, one with weight scales. Oh and easy, peasy hwy access. All within 1.5 miles. Thanks & Welcome!

  I have been a Commerce Bank customer for 50 years. I loved going to my branch (Ashland & Kearns) to work with Theresa Smith, who was wonderful, but for some reason she left. The witch named Sandy Adkins who is there now is RUDE, and never willing to help with anything. It wouldn't surprise me if she did something to get Theresa to leave. Whenever I have gone to her desk, she makes this horrible face, like I'm a smelly homeless person or something. I've been shopping for a new bank after a lifetime with Commerce because the branch which is convenient for me is no longer a friendly place to go.

  These idiots literally lost THOUSANDS of dollars of my money and couldn't even explain to me what happened. I was doing a transfer from one account to another and the money left the first account but never made it to the second. Definition of where you DON'T want to put your money.

  5 min it the drive through with no line and they made me come inside for 12 more just to cash a check from them!!! Horrible service and they wanted more personal info than needed.

  Not the greatest Commerce branch, but understand it’s in a busy area so expect a little wait.

  Monica found my error and helped me correct it even though it was very busy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes...a pleasure.
