      Never have had any issues with staff inside or outside, always helpful, always polite, alway friendly. Solved questions, gave advice. They definitely make you feel welcomed, even if it's for a few moments.

      The lady at the window who was older was extremely rude and unpleasant. Everyone else there seemed to have the same shitty attitude and it make me want to not bank with commerce at all. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!! Couldnt even do simple math wanted 5 deposited and the 15 back in 5's and she sends back a $5 bill with 15 deposited. It was the old grouchy lady that seems to hate her life and job.

      Worst bank on earth!!! I stood there and always do for 10 minutes. Only person there before i walked out not helped at all. I will be finding a new bank

      There is an older teller female there that just seems to be really grouchy and unhappy with their job and takes it out on the customers I'm taking all my money out and going to a credit union because big banks like Commerce Bank suck
