  I can’t express enough how great it was to work with Bret on buying our home. We got into a bind right before Christmas and contacted Bret to see if he could help. Not only did he help, he worked on our file during the Christmas holiday, which above and beyond my expectations, but he had a pre-approval the following work day and had us closing on our house in less than 3 weeks! Benchmark lives up to their name in taking care of veterans and they have won a customer for life!

  Bret and his team are amazing. We had sold our house expecting to move into another. Well the other fell through with two weeks left. We thought we were going to be homeless. Bret and his team took all the stress off of us while our realator helped us find a new home. These people are awesome. They were able to help us close on our new house in 2 weeks with no stress at all. Because of them, we were able to close on both homes (the one sold and the one bought) all in the same day. The team here is very considerate, polite and easy to work with. They explain everything and answer any questions you may have instead of giving you the run around. I WILL definitely be referring everyone I know their direction. Thank you so very much Bret and everyone of the team members.

  The Ray family can't say enough good things about Benchmark. Bret and Laurie are the BEST of the best! We have used them to buy two homes now. Our very first home and now our second home. We had a complicated situation that was totally unexpected. The city wanting to purchase our property for new construction and us needing to find a new home asap because I run an in home daycare and can't operate out of a rental. Benchmark was nothing short of amazing! They made things happen in record timing, literally. We know without a doubt no one would have been able to make things happen as quick and smoothe as they did. They were fantastic with our million questions and helping us to understand things as well. I do not hesitate to recommend them ever. We have two friends who have used them as well. They're the best hands down, promise!

  I have used Bret Frerichs with Benchmark Mortgage twice and both purchases went extremely smooth and quick to close, even as a VA loan. Communication was via phone and email which worked wonderful for me and my schedule. Bret and his team make things happen and are super to work with.   Bret and his team were absolutely fantastic! Being military and not knowing many people out here it was scary to try to find someone to help us with our new home purchase.
