      They say you can open an account online but you really cannot. They take ALL of your personal info, but you have to go to a branch to get account number. What's the point? Customer service on the phone was clueless. Not just the way I 'feel", it's my personal experience. Already tried calling customer service. Deleted my account.

      Would rather lose 4 dollars cashing a check at Walmart then ever put a dime in this bank again. Out of three different banks I use as personal use. I rank this one in 10th place.

      The staff here is awesome! I am greeted every time I come through the door and have no complaints about the service here. Definitely one of the better Commerce Bank locations.

      Need an appointment for lobby, but can't find a branch phone number. The one listed is for the centeral switchboard with a 20min wait time.
