      Great Lansing location with outstanding employees. Allison is wonderful to work with and got me a much better deal on a loan after being a customer for only 3 months in fact Allison got me a much better deal on a loan than a nearby bank that I have been with for over 20 years SERIOUSLY

      Need more than 1 person working the counter and 1 person at the desk on a Saturday! It shouldn't take over an hour to do an address change and get a new card printed. You need to hire competent people. The lady at the desk didn't know what the hell she was doing. We will NOT be back to this location!
