      Everyone here has been so, so helpful helping me get my accounts sorted out lately. I wish I knew all of their names but I did catch Emily and Josh, and they're great- so thourough and professional! I never thought I could feel so at-ease in a bank. Awesome work all around :)

      So I opened a bank account with second form ID to use to withdrawn money from this bank a week ago I was allowed pull over 1000 off go today inside older lady wouldn’t allow I said why did guy drive through all it and blue springs bank but she wouldn’t don’t understand that that’s crud WOW don’t get it won’t go back to this one I’ll stick blue springs branch didn’t expect for it to be an issue

      I never write these but this has to be said. I left my debit card at the branch ATM on accident last week, called the branch, I was instructed to come back up and get my card because they had it. Due to work, I had to wait before I could make it up to the branch. I drove up to the bank, rudely told they did not have my card (without checking any notes in my account that was left by customer service) and was then instructed by (I assume some manager because the rude girl never got back to me) instructed me to call customer service to replace the card. I called customer service after driving back home, they told me I had to go back up to the branch to get my card replaced. I tried to call the branch and of course nobody can answer the phone so who knows what I'm actually supposed to do. I'm just going to close the account and bank elsewhere. This place is garbage.

      This is the second time in 6 months that I use their ATM and the service wasn't working correctly and it said I took the money out when it never gave me my money! I would recommend no one use Commerce Bank I've heard that they do it all over the place! Obviously they have no problem taking our money away from us and not giving it back and just want to charge us these when they make us wait 5 weeks to get our money back when they made the mistake! As soon as I get my money back I will change Banks and never go back!

      I've bn holding an account with Commerce since '97-98 trying to get my debit card machine is always broke dwn they sent me to aother Commerce location & customer service sucked after seating abt 10 mins rep says we'll be with you in a min,, she & another person ( guy) was helping another client. I sat there all together abt 30-35 mins no help rep didnt ask what i needed so i left,,,i may have to switch banks

      DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS HERE if you plan on using the referral promotion. I was promised 50 dollars for referring a customer to open an account with direct deposit. A teller told both of us we would get a 50 dollar gift card in the mail in 6 to 8 weeks. We both called after 11 weeks and were told our cards would go out in November. This December we called and were told to go to this branch where my referral made an account. We were told we were denied. I now have 2 CDs with this bank values at over 3 grand and cannot get my money back without taking a hit. They lied to us, it's not about the 50 bucks. These guys are just dishonest and spineless.

      Katy was short and rude. She seemed put off by my unwillingness to open an account. Just to cash a check from a current account of thiers, I basically had to give them every last peice of my identity. Charged me $6 to cash it and when I said i didnt want to open an account with them she became rude and short. No Commerce i will never open an account with you. EVER. When reading other reviews, seems maybe this teller is one of the problems. Find another branch!

      I would like to thank Stephen Latson, the Branch Manager, for stopping by my office with his associate, Stephanie Kepley, our areas Small Business Banking Specialist. Both of them are very helpful and easy to work with. They came by to take care of some paperwork that needed my signature. When I recently needed to barrow some money for a capital expenditure, Commerce Bank's terms were very competitive for the market. I have been with Commerce since 1984 and have had excellent service throughout those years. I would recommend Commerce Bank for anyone looking for quality service and competitive terms.
