      Asked the person who said she was “in training” if they had a notary on staff. She said she doesn’t know but probably not but encouraged me to wait in line. Did not offer to check for me, probably too busy being “in training.” Turns out they do have a notary but after waiting in line to find out it was an even longer wait to meet with that person 😞 Teller said it was "probably" best to make an appointment. Probably. Wow. Helpful.

      The drive thru ATM on the far right just spit my cash out on the ground. It wasn't windy. Had to back up to have enough room to retrieve my moneyAnd ended up being short $20.Went inside to let them know that there was a problem withThat machineAnd the girl could have cared less.Didn't say sorry or anything.Told the guy behind me in line toBeware.

      I hate it. No more drive thru banking. If you go in, plan on being in line for at least 45 min inside and 30 min at the atms, IF they are even working. You have to have an appointment for anything you do. It's the absolute worst bank EVER!

      Had an appointment at 12, we got there 15 minutes early they said that they will be with us at 12. The lady talking to us was being rude and ended up passing someone else that didn’t even have an appointment. We left after waiting after 12. Maybe if she wasn’t being so rude we wouldn’t of minded waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time.

      !don't go to this bank! the ATMs are in bad condition, the few times I have been they do not work, and my card has been stuck 2 times

      Worst bank ever..this location has issues with wait times and writing a schedule for its employees..5 times outta 10 there is only 1 teller to help out while manager stands around and tells ya wait time...don't let them fool ya and say it's cause of the pandemic..it's been 3 years now...and they charge to cash a personal check...greed greed and greed first federal is better stay away From this establishment if you can unless your spanish then they line up for you....update 12/28/2021-- somehow it's gotten worse I'd rather kick myself in the face than deal with this greedy slow moving bank.. guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes inside this bank while employees stand around and chit chat!!

      Went to cash a check and teller ask me if I had a account with them, I don't. She says that I must put my finger print In check. No big deal. Then she says there is a $8.00 charge for cashing a check. C'mon bank of America. You can do better than that. At least charge by % and not flat rates. Teller ask me if I still want to cash it, what am I supposed to do? Save it in my wallet?

      You have to blame BOA corp on this bank. They are short staffed. As a commercial customer I have to wait in line...yesterday at noon only 1 agent. I am in town for 3 month so opened a personal account because I was told I could transfer funds intermediately. I can't! Even to my wife's BOA account. I've spend much time on BOA support and back at the bank because they think you can make immediate transfers. I have to go back to California to get permanent bank card before I can transfer on line. Their last suggestion was a phone app but it would not work because of temporary card. I would have been better of opening a checking account and mailed a deposit by snail mail. I am moving on.

      Horrible customer service. I cannot believe they won't let you deposit cash! I am an agent for a rental house. The tenant pays cash, but I have to deposit the cash to my personal account, then right a check to the owner to deposit it to their account. Since when does a bank not accept U.S. currency??? What a hassle! I'd NEVER recommend Bank of America to anyone! Not only that, their hours stink!

      I love Bank of America, best bank I have ever had. But this location isn't up to par with some I have been to. Very long lines thy had 2 tellers and one woman at a dear doing god know Ls what. They had a long line out the door bd they moved VERY VERY SLOW. people were going to break and lunch instead of trying to get the customers helped.
